Recipe for Pork Binagoongan with Eggplant
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg pork liempo (cut into bize size pcs)
- 6 to 8 laurel leaves
- 7 garlic cloves (4 cloves mixed with pork to boil and 3 cloves minced to saute)
- 2 small eggplants
- 3 tbsps Sandok Express Premium Guinamos (add more according to taste)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large tomato
- 1 small onion
- 2 chili peppers (toppings)
